Alexander V. ★★★★★

I was a little worried a high waist panty would roll down after my c-section, but this one stays put all day and the low back coverage means it’s invisible under dresses. The high waist sits perfectly under my C-section scar without rubbing, and the fabric does a solid job of smoothing everything out. It's not magic, but after a few hours of wear my silhouette looks noticeably sleeker. One thing though — the compression is firm, so I wouldn't want to sleep in it.

The high waist band stays put all day without rolling, which is huge for me after my C-section. It smooths things out nicely under dresses, though the compression is firm enough that I wouldn't want to wear it for a full night out just yet.
