I was nervous about compression after my liposuction, but this panty sits comfortably without digging in, and the spandex gives just the right amount of hold. It’s easy to pull on even when I’m still a bit swollen, which makes a huge difference during recovery.
The spandex fabric feels surprisingly breathable for how firm the compression is, so I can actually wear it all day without that suffocating feeling. It smooths everything out under jeans, and even after a few washes it hasn’t rolled down once. Definitely worth it for post-op recovery.
After my liposuction, the compression from the spandex felt exactly right—firm enough to support without digging into my stitches. I've worn it daily for three weeks and the waistband hasn't rolled down once, even through long workdays.
